Create deal jacket template(s)
Deal jackets are simply a collection of documents you require each buyer to provide. Add individual pages or groups of documents depending on how you plan to keep track of the customer’s progress.
Add lenders and lender templates
Certain lenders may require additional documentation. File Comply is setup to allow additional templates to be assigned to each lender.
Add and assign customers to template(s)
In addition to basic customer information, each customer can be assigned a specific car, deal jacket template, lender, etc. It takes less than 5 minutes to get a new customer in the system and begin scanning/uploading documents.
Record signing sessions
Record, store and manage videos of contract signings. This can be easily referenced in cases of confusion or complaint. Multiple videos can be taken per customer.
Upload or scan in all documentation
Scan in customer files once and rest easy knowing they are safe and secure and can accessed anytime. Depending on your State Law it will no longer be necessary to keep/organize those heavy boxes of files and documentation.
Manage the deal until complete
